"The full English Breakfast was fantastic. To order the breakfast you have to go up to the till."
"We visited the restaurant for Breakfast with Santa. From the minute we sat down the team had thought of everything. Food and drink was so quick to come out and the breakfast was delicious. We will 100% be coming back!!"
"The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is fresh, pure, calm. Although busy and dealing with a rather hot restaurant, the staff show you to your table rather quickly and not without a smile. It felt very well prepared and well run, the prices are higher but not that much beyond the scope of most other garden centre restaurants, I had lasagna and salad with some water. It was a little disappointing as it was quite obviously microwaved, I paid £15 for it, and while it was nice, there wasn't a lot to the dish, but it wasn't bad by any margin. There was a jam sponge and custard option that day for £5, it was sublime, while it was microwaved as the rest was, I feel it didn't matter in this instance, I got my moneys worth at this point, and so I was satisfied. Inarguably, it is a fine and well put together restaurant, let down by microwaved food, it was a mere 10 minutes to get it which makes it a little better, but overall the pleasant staff, and perfect atmosphere really did make up for it."
"An exceptional garden centre and rose specialists. Friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful 2 acre Rose Garden too...! Absolutely beautiful. Dog friendly as well including the restaurant. Great service and food. Reasonably priced and accessible"
"We had a family afternoon tea. The sandwiches were good quality and generously filled; the scones were just the right size and texture with plenty of butter, jam and cream; the range if cahes was excellent. Everything was delicious. The service was friendly and efficient. Excellent value all round. Worth travelling to."
"Disable parking outside the front door. Wheelchair accessible. Had to que to get a table so left my Grandma in the car to ensure I could get a table as they no longer take bookings. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We luckily got a table for 3. They held my table as I got my Grandma out the car. My Grandma had the Fish n Chips and dessert meal deal. Choosing the lemon and white chocolate tart for pudding. This deal was £15. She had a cup of tea at £2.50 I had a rocky road scone with jam and butter for £4.95. I had diet for £2.00 My mum had sausage roll for £2.50. Then a tea cake. Small seating when full. They have a marquee with more seating but was informed it was cold in there due to the weather so didn't go in there due to my Grandma. Friendly and approachable staff."
"I met some friends here and we were very impressed . The menu was interesting and reasonably priced. The food we ordered was delicious and there was plenty of it. We were served by very friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond when one friend felt unwell and unable to eat much lunch due to the heat. A glass of water appeared on our table before we had time to sit down!"
"Great food at extremely reasonable prices. Lunchtime menu of 2 meals for £20 with no compromise on quality or portion. Also a good variety to choose from."
